The Chairman,, believed the present time was a very good cne to continue the extension of the large mains,. it, but the fact remained, they were in the dark. Mr .Read proposed, and Mr McGowatt seconded, that a telegram be seat to Messis Rowe end Brodie for information. Carried. PHEE WATEE.
