' Managers and Secretaries oif Companies Sharebrokers, and others interested, are recommended to forward,"without*delay, Woh forms of transfer, as they may require to be impressed, accompanied by the usual requtaiuou and receipt from the Baak of New Zealand for amount thereof, less the authorised discount.
