In this ca^e, judgment in which was reserved for His Honor to consider an objection by Mi* Macdonald re the validity of the declaration, His Honor gave judgment in accordance with the verdict the jury returned at last Court, day—£lo damages as aga'ist Taipari, and £20 damages against the three defendants, Taipari, Te Eiri, and: Tad; costs, £19 10s.
