UNDER the distinguished p&tronage of His Majesty the King of Italy, at Homo, according to communication received from tho Consul-Q-erieral for Italy, at Melbourne, upon instructions from the Minister for Foreign Affairs, dated 14th Msirch, 1878. Dr Cruik shank, Healtk Officer for the. City ' of Sandhurst, certifies to the extract being the most reliable remedy for external inflamm ition, bronohitis, diphtheria, affections of the lungs, chest, all pains of rheumatic nature, neuralgia, Ac; all swellings, bruises, oprains, wounds, disorder of the bowels, diarrhoea, &c. Epitome of declaration made before M. Cohen Keg., J.P., at Sandhurst, October, 1877.—The son of Mr Raabe was hurt with an axe on th« knee. After nine weeks' medical treatment it was declared necessary by Dr. Macgillivray to amputate the, injured limb.
