William Faul was charged with permitting the chimney of the house occupied by him in Owen street, Thames, to take fire on the 9th instant.
Defendant pleaded guilty and was fined 10s and. costs.
TRANSFER Of LICENSE.
Application was made for the transfer of the license of the Thealre.Royal Hotel from Henry Nankervis to William Drew. Granted. , Court adjourned. ■.'
