THIS DAY. (Before W. Fraser, Esq., Warden. HUNTER V. THOMAS.

This wan a plaint brought against the defendant, the only remaining registered owner of the Kising Star Claim, Moanatairi, wherefore the complainant asked for an order to take possession. . The complainant, and Mr Burgess, clerk to Mining Registrar, gave evidence, after which His Worship granted an order to complainant to take possession This was all the business.
