(Eetjteb's Special to Pbess Agency.) Vienna, August 6th. The population at Mostar are offering an armed resistance to Austrian occupation. They massacred the Governor and several of the Turkish authorities. A squadron of Austrian cavalry while reconnoitreing were attacked, and seventy killed. ' (Special to Pbbss Agency.) London, August 7. In the House of Commons, Mr Gorts, calling attention to the execution of Taurua, a South Sea Native, by order of the Commander of Her Majesty's schooner Beagle, moved that instructions be i issued defining the authority of naval officers in similar cases. The Government exonerated the officers of the Beagle, and the First Lord of the Admiralty said, if desired specific directions should be issued. An election committee is sitting re the vacation of Sir Bryan O'Loughlen'a seat for Clare. In the House this evening Major O'Gorman was ordered to withdraw in consequence of disrespect to the Speaker. He withdrew, but refused to apologise. Great excitement ensued. Delegates from eight hundred Conservative Associations of the United Kingdom presented the Premier and the Marquis of Salisbury with an address congratulating them on the result of the Congress. .
