A gold watch and chain, valued at thirty guineas, has been presented to Captain Mills, Harbour-Master, by the New Zealand Insurance Company, in recognition of the services rendered by him to the company. Father Henneberry opens his here next Sunday. Bishop Bed wood accompanies him. Efforts will be made to open the Mechanics' Institute reading room on Sunday afternoons. ; 5.
