This day.
The meeting of the Thames Goldmining Company lapsed for want of a quorum. The reports state that owing to the finds of gold in the Moanatairi and Alburnia, the company has been enabled to pay £4,101 in dividends; also to make a reserve fund of £3,000, and retain a credit balance of £252 odd for payment of all liabilities.
