NOTICE UNDER SECTION 109, GOLDMINING- DISTRICTS ACT, 1873, Warden's Office, Thames, 2nd July, 1878. A PPIICATION may be made to me in J\ -writing upon TUESDAY, the 20th day of August, 1878, for the' right to.occupy for goldinining purposes the land specified in the Schedule liereunder, buing Licensed Holdings declared forfeited by judgment of Warden's Court, and Licensed. Holdings and Water Race declared forfeited by the Mining Inspector. W. FRABER, Warden.
