(Before W. Fraser, Esq., R.M.) TEA.NSFEB OF LICENSE. J. Rodewald applied for the transfer of the license of the Hape Creek Hotel to William Swindells. Granted. AN APPLICATION. Mr F. C. Dean, Town Clerk, applied under the Municipal Corporations Act for His Worship to order the owner of Sebastopol House to remove a dangerous verandah. His Worship said he would have to be satisfied of the verandah being dangerous and have evideuce of the serving of notices, &c.
