OLD GOLDEN CALF.

The tributers, Lamb and party, have intersected the JN To. 1 reef in their own low lovel drive. It is ot good size—three or four feet thick—but as yet they have seen no gold in it. To cut it the tributers have dove a considerable amount of dead work, and intend to have a trial crushing out some day next week. They have also a large reef in the surface level, which they shortly intend to try. The winding engine has to be kept goiag pretty frequently just now.
