NOTICE IS HERERY GIVEN, that no Creditors having attended at the first or adjourned MEETING of Creditors of the nbovennmed Debtor, Goorge Stuart O'Halloran, notified to be held at my Office, Queen Btreet, Grahamstown, at 2 o'clock on the afternoons of Wednesday and Thursday, the seventeenth and eighteenth days of July instant, respectively, I have, in pursuance of the power vested in me by virtue of the 46th section of the said Act, appointed Thomas Macffarlane, Esquire, of Auckland, a Certificated Accountant in Bankruptcy, to be the Creditors' Trustee of the property of the said Debtor, and Notice is hereby given that the said Thomas Macffarlane has signified to me in writing his acceptance of the said office, and I hereby notify the said appointment and acceptance accordingly.
