Lucy McManus, h girl aged about? fourteen years, was charged on suspicion of lunacy. :; Mr Bullen said that the defendant hai' been arrested last night, and was then' evidently insane. Ihe doctors would? examine the girl tbis afternoon, and consequently he would ask for a remand till tomorrow. - Remanded accordingly. ' • TBANBFEE ©F LICBNBB*. Fredk. Eodewald applied to hare his license for the Hape Hotel, Hape Jioad, transfered, to WilHam Swindells. The police report stated that the house was insufficiently furnished, but as Mr Swin-1 dells was just moving into the house he would ask His Worship to adjourn the case for a few days. Adjourned accordingly.
