Mr.Ji p. Brown addressed his constituents last night, and received a vote of thanks at the conclusion of his speech. At one of the principal polling booths for the Taieri election yesterday, the Returning Officer locked the door, and went for his dinner, consequently some of the electors were unable to gain admittance to the polling booth.
