(Before W. Fraser, Esq., 8.M.) LAECENY. ' Hira Hokohoko, on remand, was charged with tl^ larceny of one tent fly, one stick of tobacco, and half a bar of koap, the property of Hoera Miniba. Defendaut, through Mr Puckey, pleaded guilty to taking thp tent, but did not see he bad done much wrong in doing so. His Worship said that in consequence of the time he bad been.; kept an prison he would be let off. by paying four times the Value of the tent, 103—40s and costs. : DBUHKENNESS.
