RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT
« THIS DAT. (Before A. J. Allom and H. Goldsmith, Esqs., J's.P.) IABCENY. Hira Hokohoko.on remand, was charged with stealing from Hikurangi road, Ohinemuri, one tent fly, one stick of tobacco, and half a bar of soap, the property of Hoero Miniha, on the 15th ult. Mr Bullen'applied for a further remand till Friday. The Bench said that this was a case that the R;M. alone could deal with. The prisoner would be remnndeJ till Friday. % The prisoner, through Mr Puckey, asked that he might be sentenced at once. It would not take a minute. Court adjourned.
