Congress has heard Delyannis, £he Greek delegate, on the Greek claims, including Crete; also the protectorate of Thessaly and Epirus. No decision has been arrived at. The Turks protest against the Austrian occupation of Bosnia, Congress cedes Bessarabia to Russia. The new southern frontier of Roumania will be from Silistria to the Black Sea. Montenegro gets a small extension of territory besides Antivari. i The Pan Anglican Synod at Lambeth Palace opened to-day. Many American and Colonial Bishops are present. The quarter's revenue shows a decrease of £49,278.
