True bills were' found in-all the cases considered by the Grand Jury to-day, but only one case was concluded.

In the Supreme Court to-day, in the case of Adolphus Frederick Hardy, committed at Gishornc for trLl at Wellington for striking and knocking some teeth out of a man who cursed Her Majesty the Qr.een, the Grand Jury made a presetftment stating thai: the charge was without a tittle of evidence to support it, and that the coun'.ry should, never have been put to unnecessary expense in sending such a case for trial. Seven or eight witnesses had been subpoenaed to attend.
