He was also charged with having been convicted of drunkenness three times within ttu'ee calendar months.' He pleaded guilty, aud was sentenced to sevW da/s' imprisonment with hard labcr. & n old woman was also charged with ' drunkeuiiess, but forfeited her bail. Court ttCijourned. -
