On being followed to Miloouvno it was found he hed been arrcHvd tutre for obtaining money by fals D pretences. A p"gcon race took place on Saturday i'rom Ashbuiton to Christchurch, a distance of fifty miln. It was won by a bird belonging to the Union Fanciers Comp* ny. Time :48 mins.
