McG-arrigle.—Claim,, £15 3s 6d, promissoiy note, and costs £2 ss. D. G. MacDonneJl v. Coliban Gold Mining Company (Limited). —Claim, £50, salary as legal manager, and costs £115s. McCaul t. Fairbairn.—Claim, £45, promissory note, and costs £4 18s. • Defended Cases. His Worship said that as the District Court was to sit at 11 o'clock he would Buggestthat the cases be rdjourned till next Court day. The members of the bar present agreed to this, and the Court adjourned.
