TIMARU.

Tuesday. The Supreme Court criminal session commences to-morrow morning, before Jud{,e Johnston. There are twenty prisoners, and twenty-six charges, from child murder down to larceny. Richard Turnbull, M.H.R., has been appointed from the Timaru Borough Council a delegae to the Conference of Municipalities. It is reported that Mr Woolcombe, R.M., of Timaru, has been requested by the Government to resign his position.
