Sir George Grey and Mr Sheehan arrived here ia the s.s. Hinemoa this afternoon.
Wednesday.
The Hinemoa takes the Governor, Lord Hervey Phipps, Captain Maling, and Mr Sheehan to-morrow at 4 p.m. to LyL! :>lton. The Governor's stay in Canterbury will be about ten days. Mr Sheehan goes to Kaiapoi to settle some native disputes.
