THIS DAY. (Before A. J Allom and H. Goldsmith, Esqs., J's.P.) WA.KDKRING HOUSE. - W. Clark was charged with permitting one horse to wander at large, to which he pleaded guilty. He was fined 2s 6d and costs. - UKCOIIiAEED DOOB. James Agnew was charged with permitting two dogs to be at large on Karaka Road without having tickets for the current year affixed thereto. Defendant said that one of the dogs was uot three months old. He pleaded guilty to allowing one dog to be at large.

Fined 5s and costs for permitting one dog to be at large.

Court adjourned
