PHILP T. SAME. Claim, £33 15s, work done. Mr Brassey for plaintiffs. David Phiip, sworn, proved the debt. Judgment for..plaintiff, £30 15s, and costs, £4 6d.
HUNTER V. NESBr.T AND JOHNSOK. This was a plaint brought against the defendants, registered owners of ihe Little Aage claim!, Moanatairi, for failing to bona fide work the same, wherefore the complainant ekimed to be put into possession.
This case was aJjouraed till to-morrow, pending a settlement between the pcrtics. '
