Painful Accident.
Mr James Darrow, manager of the Queen of Beauty battery, meb with a very painful accident this forenoon. He was engaged adjusting the cams upon the stamper shaft, and missed his footing on the plank he was standing, falling upon the tables with great violence, and smashing at least-one rib on the foot aboard of the tables. He was conveyed to his own residence "i a cab, and medical help was speedily in attendance. The exact extent rf the injuries is not yet known.
