GERMANY AND RUSSIA.
The Berlin Post, a journal not unfrequently favored witb official intelligence, has once more occasioned general surprise by the monitory tone which it assumes towards Russia. The Post advises Eussia to yield, pointing out that, notwithstanding all' that is said to the contrary, in the case of war England is not likely to fight alone ; whereas an alliance of other States with Eussia pointed against England is obviously out of the question.
