At ■'■■ the half-yearly meeting of the National Insurance Company, to be held shortly, the balance-sheet will show, in round numbers, a revenue of £48,000, as against losses, etc.,: amounting to £35,000, leaving i balance of £13,030 for distribution^ as follows:—Dividend of 10 : per cent, £2500; bonus of 6d 'per share, £2500; leaving a balance of £30C0 to be carried to the reserve fund.
