Constantinople, April 25. The Mussulman rising in Boumania and Macedonia is becoming serious. It is owing to the unendurable Russo-Bul-garian reign. Negotiations for the withdrawal of the British fleet and Russian troops continue. St. Petjebsbubgh, April 25. National subscriptions are being raised throughout Russia to form a flotilla of cruisers.
London, April 24. Ministers are hopeful that Bussia will yield. The strike is ended, but the employees are everywhere firm. April 25. The Bussians announce that officers and men will attend the Greek Churches at Stamboul on Sunday. Tumults are feared. -_ Bismarck is ill. The Erie railway has been bought by the trustees for six million dollars. Constantinople, April 24. The Bulgarians attacked eight Mussulman villages. Great outrages were committed, and severe fighting took place between the Insurgents and the Bussian troops.
