MR ALLEY COMES OUT STRONG.
(To the Editor of the Evening Star.)
Sib,—Gife my compliments to the Editor of the Thames Advertiser, and say I will try and answer his lying effusions after Christmas. His attacks are most cowardly, for when he commenced them he withheld his paper, so that I would not have a chance of seeing them or replying. I wish him and all my public enemies the best compliments of the season, and many happy returns of the year; and may the Lord reform them all, is the prayer of your humble servant, H. Alitey. Hikutaia* April 19, 1878. ■>
