It produces no spots whatever, as every particle of it evaporates, and nothing remains. • In thort, where a disinfectantit needed, the pure escentitl ecualypti essence ought to be the one you have recourse to, and no family . ought to be without it. . For all Wound*, Cut*, Burnt, Scalding*. Ulcer*, and Cancerous Wound*, a piece of linen wrapped round the suffering part, and moistened with a few drops of the eucalypti essence, will slop all pain, and effect a speedy cure. In eases where a piece of linen cannot be applied, the moistening of the suffering part with the pure essence will do as well. In Case of Cold* moisten the nostrils with a few drops and inhale the vapour, and joa will feel the immediate relief, and entire riddunce of the heat. In ail cote* where the Lung* may he Affected, the above-mentioned process, con* tiuually repeated, will be the best that can be advised. In cotes of Xheumatum, a mixture of one part of the pure essential sueeiypti essence with three parts of spirits of wine, well rubbed in the suffering part, hat acted better than any other remedy. In all cases of Inflammation, the essence may be applied to the part affected. In severe votes of Toothache of rheusaatie origin, the pure efsciioe iu«y be applied on the external p«t of the face. . •In cases of Inflammation of the Eyes, apply the pure essence to i he outside of the eyelids. .
