Tuesday. Mr M.£. Miller reports the sale, on the 13th instant, of Mr Allan McDonald's Ponawa property, at Gisborhe, containing nineteen thousand two hundred acres leasehold, at a rental of £100 per annum, sixteen years to run; and 112 acres .of freehold, with all improvements, and fourteen thousand sheep, to Mr Douall, of Mataura, Otago, for £16,C00.
