The census returns for Blenheim hare been completed. There are 873 males and 817 females. In 1874 the males were 494, and the females 441. Increase, 757. In Picton in 1874 the males were 393, females 339;.n0w there are 361 males and 357 females; decrease, 24. The whole province, contained 6,185 in 1874, and it is now 7,742.
