The length of such Bace is six hundred and twenty yards or thereabouts, and its intended course is along the bank of the Creek. The mean breadth and depth of euch Race is two feet by two feet; it is capable of carrying three sluice-heads of water, and tho number of sluice-heads of forty inches each.'which it js proposed to appropriate is three.
