PAYNE T. OUBB. His Worship asked if Messrs Bullen
and Aitken had agreed about the place where the accident took place. Mr Bullcn said the place where the accident look place was half a mile from Kerikeri, a long tray from where either the plaintiff or defendant placed it. Mr Aitken snid he thought it took place near where ho had said in his evidence yesterday. His Worship—Well, we will hare to take the evidence for what it is worth. The case will be adjourned till next Friday.
Court adjourned.
