g lß| —While reading the particulars of the Wesleyan Bazaar the part referring to lotteries took my attention. Some time ago dice were forbidden by Inw to bo used in public-houses, and yet (I think) in opposition to the law, they are used in connection, and as a means of raising money among God-feariiiu people 1 Surely if it is wrong in a public-house it is wrong in a bazaar? Although opposed to the publicans, I wish all to have Thames, April 1, '78.
