One old offender was punished in the usual manner for the above offence.

Bridget Gardiner was charged with having been drank and disorderly in Abraham street on Saturday, and also with having committed a breach of the Vagrant Act by making vie of indecent language in the same place. Defendant, being on bail, failed to appear, and her bail, imonnting to £5, was forfeited. W-JTDBBIHG PIG 6. Richard Tregoweth, for permitting two pigs to wander at large on unenclosed ground at Tararu, was fined 2s and costs. Court adjourned.
