J. M. Hamer, bank agent, pleaded guilty to four charges, and not guilty to nine charges. Wt A. J. Clarke, late police constable at Ahaura, pleaded not guilty to three charges of embezzlement. . The Grand Jury brought in a true bill against Pym for murder.
