CITY OF MANCHESTER.
Scott and party, the shareholders, have now been waiting for more than a week to get their stuff crushed, as there is not enough water in the creek to drive 3 head of stamps. .The mine continues to look very well, and small parcels of specimens are occasionally coming to hand.
