This day. The Lyttclton Harbor Board nave unanimously decided not to undertake to pay a pro rata share of tho expense of Sir John Coodc's visit to New Zealand, as suggested by the Government. The Board do not think it necessary to consult Sir John Coode respecting harbor works.
