This day.
Two thousand children attended the Cntholic srhool fete in the Domain today.
Tho Governor, accompanied by the Hon. J. Shoehan and the Hon. Colonel Whitmore, leaves, per Nymphe at midday on Wednesday for the Thames. The Governor returns to Auckland in time to visit the Waikato early next week. Afterwards he will visit the North. Mr Sheelian has postponed his visit to the Bay of Islands to accompany the Governor.
