Friday. A telegram has been received announcing that the Alhambra left Melbourne on Wednesday with a large quantity of salmon ova, ex Chiraborazo, and apparently in good condition. After a good many meetings, a fairly attended meeting was held; and it was resolved to form a Reform Association, and a committee was appointed to arrange a programme, and frame resolutions to be submitted at a future meeting. This day. The new theatre in Manners street opens the first of next month. The Corporation are advertising for ground for a new cemetery. Mr Stephen Masset opened last night to a full house.
