IT is berebj notified, that, after the Ut of January 1876, the use of Impressed Stamps upon Transfers of Shares is compulsory, but transfers of shares mny be stamped at a Stair p Office by the Commissioner or a Deputy Commissioner withiu one month after execution without a five. Except where exprese provision is made to the contrary, all duties *re to be denoted by impressed stamps only," ■ 11102.
