llabe and party, who I reported sonic days ago us having taken the Tweedsidc section on tribute with the intention, of working from t&e shaft, have not yet started work, in consequence of a dispute between them and another re the drawing of the water. It.is hoped that this .will be satisfactorily arranged in a day or two, when operations will be commenced.
