WELLINGTON.
This day. Mr Macandrew and Mr Stout arrived by the Hinemoa this morning. Mr Stout will be sworn in in a few days as AttorneyGeneral. He has decided to give up his Dunedin practice, and reside permanently at Wellington. In addition to bis oth^er portfolios Mr Macandrew will take that of Minister of Public Works.
