The Secretary of State for War, in presenting the army estimates, said the army was in excellent condition, The .Regulars number one bunded and ten thousand, the Auxiliary Force four hundred thousand. London, March 3. The Bulgarian question has been arranged.
The Hussions make substantial concessions. The claims for the Turkish fleet have been abandoned.
London, March 4. The Treaty of Peace has been signed. The claim for the Bulgarian and Egyptian tribute was renounced.
Cardinal Franchi has been appointed Pontifical Secretary of State.
