Russian Army Reserve called Out for Active Service. The Straits of the Dardanelles. "War Ships to be Prohibited from Passage. Russian War Vessel Arrived at San Francisco. London, Saturday. Four divisions of the reserve of the Russian army has been called out for active service. The Times announces that the Forte has ordered the Governor of the Dardanelles to prevent the further passage of war ships.
The New York Herald states that a Russian war ship has arrived at 'Frisco.
