Mr Gathorno Hardy, replying to a question, said the first British, army corps was ready for active serrioe, while the formation of the second was being hastened. - , The Austro-Hungarian Government intend to ask the Legislature for a rote of six millions sterling for war purposes. The Treaty of Peace is not yet signed.
