The fresh peace conditions demanded by Russia include the prohibition of the passage of the Dardanelles by all war vessels, but frt o navigation for merchant ships; nn indemnity of fourteen hundred million of rorbles, to cover which Turkey is required to cede her Ironclad Squadron;' the cities of Kar«, Batoum, Bayszid and Ardahan, and the territory comprised in Russian occupation in Asia Minor ; forty millious sterling of the indemnity to be secured by bonds chargeable on the sinking fund and interest which is guaranteed by tributes now paid by .Bulgaria rud Egypt to the Porte.
